Court: 20-Year-Old Man Denies Sexual Assault
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [April 18], a 20-year-old man denied sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
He pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a teenage girl in January this year, and elected to be tried in a Magistrate’s Court
He was granted bail at $1,000 and required to provide a surety in a like amount, and was ordered to return to Magistrate’s Court for Mention on 3rd May.
