Card To Speak On Cyber Risks & Security Panel
Local lawyer, Duncan Card, Managing Principal of Bennett Jones [Bermuda] Ltd., will speak on a panel on cyber risks and security at the 20th Annual Conference of the Association of Trade & Forfaiting in the Americas [ATFA].
Also participating on that panel will be: Noel Pearman, Senior Vice President and Cyber Product Lead, XL Catlin; and, Giles Harlow, Vice President, Aon [Bermuda] Ltd. The event will be held from April 26-28, 2017 at the Hamilton Princess Hotel in Bermuda.
The panel will focus on cyber risks, breaches and how organizations should respond when incidents occur. Mr Card will provide his comments and insights related to corporate governance, compliance and risk management best practices to address cybersecurity risk, as a subset of overall IT and data security risk.
