AXIS Capital Declares $0.38 Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda-based AXIS Capital Holdings Limited announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per common share. The common dividend will be payable on July 17, 2017 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017.
In addition, the Board declared a dividend of $0.34375 per Series D 5.50% Preferred Share and a dividend of $34.375 per Series E 5.50% Preferred Share [equivalent to $0.34375 per depositary share].
The Series D Preferred Share dividend is payable on September 1, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2017. The Series E Preferred Share dividend is payable on July 17, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017.
