Salvation Army Says ‘Thanks’ To Bermuda

The Salvation Army held a Red Shield Thank You Celebration yesterday [June 1] at City Hall, with the Divisional Band marching through Hamilton and arriving at City Hall.

A spokesperson said, “The purpose of the march and ceremony was to thank the people of Bermuda for their support of the Salvation Army during their still on-going Red Shield appeal for funds.”

Bermuda’s Low Riders had previously assembled in the City Hall driveway, with a choir in attendance made up of students from Paget Primary School.
