Conyers Receives IFLR1000 Top Recognition
IFLR1000 has published its 2018 rankings. In Bermuda, Conyers has maintained a Tier 1 position in Corporate & Finance, and experienced a 60% increase in the number of ranked lawyers. With these results, Conyers continues to have more ranked corporate lawyers than any other Bermuda firm.
IFLR1000 cited the Firm’s work on a number of capital markets transactions, including Myovant Sciences’ US$218 million IPO, as well as its strengths in M&A, aircraft securitisations, insurance and shipping.
