Basketball: Lions, Falcons, Storm & Warriors Win
A total of 547 points were scored in the latest rounds of Bermuda Basketball Elite City League action inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium.
Game One saw the Lions defeat the Storm 79 – 77, Jericho Tucker scored a game high 20 points to lead the Lions to victory, with Dion Easton scored 18 points for the Storm.
Game Two was another close game with the Falcons defeating the Panthers 78 – 75, Calvert Lee scored 21 points for the Falcons, with John Lee scoring 25 points for the Panthers.
The Storm would bounce back and defeat the Renegades 64 – 43, the Storm were led by Adam Correia with a game high 18 points, while Rye Ahronson scored 13 points for the Renegades.
The Warriors would win the final game 79 – 52 over the Marksmen, Jason Lowe scored 23 points for the Warriors and Allan Butterfield scored 23 points for the Marksmen.
