Wakefield Quin continues to expand with the appointments of Joseph Giret QC and Victoria Greening, further supporting the firm’s growing litigation practice.

The company said, “Joseph was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1985 and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2010. He is ranked as a Band 1 silk in the UK for commercial law and has been recommended in a number of legal directories.
“Joseph’s practice covers all aspects of dispute resolution specializing in complex commercial and civil disputes. Joseph has extensive experience advising on multifaceted disputes in the fields of company, insolvency, professional negligence and regulatory law.”

“Victoria is Bermudian and joins the firm as an experienced trial lawyer. Victoria has advised on various matters before the Magistrates’ Court, Supreme Courts and Courts of Appeal of both Scotland and Bermuda. Victoria has also served on several committees on law reform in Scotland,” the company said.
With these appointments, Wakefield Quin has expanded to 21 lawyers in its Corporate, Litigation and Real Estate Departments.
