Moura & Associates Join With Keller Williams
Moura & Associates announced today that they have joined forces with Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, with 173,000 professional agents in over 30 countries and regions. As part of the new franchise agreement, the company has rebranded to Keller Williams Bermuda and will continue to specialise in the sale and lease of residential and commercial properties on the Island.
“We are so proud to welcome KW Bermuda into our growing worldwide family,” said William E. Soteroff, President, Keller Williams Worldwide, the international division of Keller Williams. “Utilising our systems and models, agents in Bermuda will be better able to expand their business opportunities while serving their clients at the highest level.”
Albert Moura, owner and CEO of Moura & Associates, first opened the company’s doors in 2003 and in recent years, Moura knew that he wanted to change the business model of the company and provide more support to his agents, to be more in line with his belief.
He came upon what he believes is the perfect solution last year, after a three-year search: Keller Williams. More to the point, he discovered a company that aligned with his own beliefs: a company that puts agents first, supporting them with training, technology and culture.
“With Keller Williams’ models and systems and training, our agents will be the some of the most educated, productive and motivated in Bermuda. They will be equipped with all the best business tools in real estate,” said Moura.
The company said, “With education at the forefront, Keller Williams Bermuda will be able to take advantage of in-house training, coaching and productivity coaching, with all materials supplied by Keller Williams under the auspices of a Team Leader.
“In addition, agents are able to attend one of two annual conventions, the larger of which attracts up to 18,000 agents and takes place in a different location every year. Accreditation is also available for KW Bermuda agents and, as the company is already a member of the Luxury Division, they will be given even more global exposure.
“A strong company culture also sets Keller Williams apart from other real estate franchises. The company incorporates a formalised belief system into its daily work life that encourages all members of staff to work and grow as a team, and is grounded in the understanding that the customer always comes first.
“The Keller Williams strategy to invest heavily in technology is not to simply ‘keep up with trends’, but to create them. Along with a number of other franchise owners, Moura is part of the company’s “Innovation Lab”, providing direction on new processes that they would like to see. The Lab is currently working on a global listings platform being launched in early 2018.
“Looking to the future, Keller Williams Bermuda intends to grow from its current count of eight agents, with a view to encouraging new or experienced real estate agents to join the team, regardless of whether they’ve been in the business for 40 years or none at all. What will matter is whether they are open to learning, are keen to join a highly motivated team, and are willing to take on the Keller Williams approach.”
“We look forward to continuing to provide exceptional service to our customers,” says Moura. “What is now different is that we are operating under the umbrella of an organisation that can take us into the future with evolving technology and superior educational support.”

They are a growing company I hope that in the future they would at least have a token minority in the company.
What are you talking about ?
That is the ‘minority’ you see represented .
I saw the same thing. Not much diversity there.
“Not much diversity there.”
Are you referring to the PLP?
Bet you wouldn’t say that about the numerous all black real estate agent companies…or the PLP for that matter.
oops , looks like we forgot about them , eh ? lol
“looks like we forgot about them , eh ? lol”
Nah..they just aren’t good enough.
Another sell out!
Y-gurl…jealous much? lol….loser!
Where’s the diversity smh…Bermuda is another world
Not much diversity, how many people outside that spectrum have applied for a job there and been turned down? How many are actually interested in that line of work?Give me facts and I will support otherwise don’t cheapen “the card.”:)
Hope prices don’t go down. Never happen with the people’s parties in PowPow.
