320 Points Scored In Basketball Triple Header
The Bermuda Basketball League sponsored by One continued with a triple header inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium producing 320 points.
The first game saw the Pembroke Skyforce go down 59 – 21 to the Somerset Tsunamis. The Somerset Tsunamis got a game high 15 points for Shawn Swainson, while Christian Liyanage scored 6 points for the Pembroke Skyforce.
In the second game the Devonshire Chargers defeat the Southampton Thundercats 77 – 55. Calvert Lee would led the Devonshire Chargers with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists, while the Southampton Thundercats were led by Jason Lowe who scored 22 points, and also had 11 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots.
The final game of the night saw the Paget Flyboys defeat the Smiths Court Kings 69 – 39. The Paget Flyboys would get 13 points from Dion Easton, who also contributed 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals and 3 blocked shots, while the Smith Court Kings got a game high 26 points from Jericho Tucker, who also added 8 rebounds and 5 steals.
