Court: Man Admits Making Threatening Gesture
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [June 19], a man admitted assaulting a police officer and making threatening gestures.
Ezra Ararat pleaded guilty to making gun gestures with his hands during the incident that happened in Pembroke on June 18.
However the 33-year-old pleaded not guilty to breaching the peace.
Prosecutors asked for a few days to consider whether there would be a trial in the not guilty matter.
Ararat was released in bail until the June 22.
