BCB Cricket President Congratulates Oni Smith
Bermuda Cricket Board President Lloyd Smith congratulated Oni Smith on his placement in UK boarding school De Aston, which is a top state boarding school in Lincolnshire that already has a track record of recruiting BCB Academy players.
Mr. Smith said, “I congratulate Oni on his acceptance at De Aston where I expect he will continue to develop on and off the field. Oni is a talented young all-rounder and has worked hard in our academy and youth league development structure.
“He follows the heels of Jabari Darrell, now at Loughborough College, and Sancho Jackson who is still there. I wish him, and all the other BCB placements, the best in their academic and sporting pursuits.”
Congratulations Oni, you are very deserving of this placement and I look forward to hearing and/or reading of your experiences both on and off the field. Go forth young Warrior.
