One Communications Sept. Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd., advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of September the company repurchased 22,288 of its common shares at an average price of $2.95 for immediate cancellation.
In addition pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14 [2][i] the company also repurchased 154,107 of its common shares at an average price of $2.95 for immediate cancellation.
