Evans & Patton Begin Sail Melbourne In Australia
The International Sailing Series in Australia has moved to their third location as the Sail Melbourne Australia’s Premier Olympic and Invited Classes Regatta, got underway on the waters of Port Phillip, with Bermuda’s Rockal Evans and Campbell Patton both taking to the water.
After the first day of competition, Evans came off the water in the Finn Class in 19th place after two races; he finished 18th in the first race and then 21st in the second race to finish with 39 points.
Only one race was sailed in the Laser Fleet, with Patton finishing 9th.
