Spevack To Head Conyers Corporate Services
Conyers Dill & Pearman announced that Tracey Spevack has joined the firm as the Head of Conyers Corporate Services [Bermuda].
Mrs Spevack will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and management and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.
Before joining Conyers, Mrs Spevack was Company Secretary and Head of Company Secretarial for a leading fund group in the UK, having prior roles as Head of Company Secretarial for an international law firm, as well as in-house roles in the banking, investment/ fund management, defence and healthcare industries.
She has over 25 years of experience as a corporate services professional and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators [ICSA].
