Futsal: Underrated, Involved, Assassins Win
The latest round of Bermuda Futsal Federation League Games at the Bermuda College Gym saw a total of 56 goals.
Game 1: Underrated vs ASFC 1.
Underrated beat a determined ASFC 1, who started the game with only 3 players. Eventually they had 5 players, but were unable to overcome their slow start and Underrated ended up winning the game 11 to 9. Donovan Thompson was outstanding for Underrated with an impressive 6 goals. Leo Burgess was outstanding for ASFC 1, scoring 2 goals.
Game 2: Team Involved & Co. vs ASFC 2.
Team Involved started strong in the first half against ASFC 2 and led 4 to 1. ASFC 2 did much better in the second half scoring 4 goals, but Team Involved held their lead with 6 goals to win the game 10 to 5. Jahquan Smith was MVP for Team Involved scoring 4 goals. Daniel Johnson was outstanding for ASFC 2.
Game 3: Futsal Assassins vs RBR FC.
Futsal Assassins lived up to their name and completely dominated RBR. At half-time they led 7 to 2. The second half was more of the same as Assassins scored 10 more goals to RBR’s 2, to win the game 17 to 4. Jan Khan was MVP for Futsal Assassins scoring 4 goals, with Curtis Grant from RBR FC their most outstanding player.
The next round of the BFF League takes place on Saturday 18 May at the Bermuda College Gym with games starting at 6 pm.
