June 30: Gemstone Entertainment “Let’s Brunch”

A new brunch series is kicking off this Sunday and promises to be an exciting event to add to your summer calendar.
Gemstone Entertainment presents “Let’s Brunch” taking place every other Sunday for the rest of the summer at Blue Water Angler’s Club from 11am to 7pm.
There will be DJs playing reggae music and a full spread of food, including authentic Jamaican food. The menu includes ackee and satlfish, codfish and potato, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, corn meal, callaloo and cabbage, an omelet station, grill station and a variety of sides including mac and cheese, peas and rice, rice and peas and more.
A dessert station will be catered by Glaze. A special drink menu will also be available with unique cocktails such as coconut champagne punch, rum blue, suns n’ roses and rum less punch.
In addition to the food, Let’s Brunch is also a day party and music will be provided by DJ Coolie, Stoli Mix Off champion & Ricochet Sound. Special guest Presidential Elite will also be in attendance.
DJ Coolie, organizer of the event encouraged those looking for something new to do to come out and enjoy themselves at Let’s Brunch.
“We are planning a fun, positive day for people to enjoy themselves on a Sunday. Not only will we be having amazing food by Fish N Tings, we will also have the best grilling station in Bermuda by BBQ King and delicious desserts from Glaze.
“The music will be strictly positive, and I hope people to come out and to try a new experience on a Sunday in Bermuda.”
Tickets for Let’s Brunch are $65 in advance and $80 at the gate. Food and drinks are included. Groups of three or more are $60 per person. Kids are $35 and the event is kid friendly. Tickets are available at Choices, Maxilous Salon and Men & Co or by calling 331 6404.
