Swimming: Moore Helps Northern Colorado Win
In their first conference meet of the season, Madelyn Moore and her Northern Colorado swimming and diving teammates defeated New Mexico State 162-136; Northern Colorado won 10 of the 15 events and finished in second in nine.
Moore led off the Northern Colorado Women’s 200 Yard Medley Relay that raced to victory with a time of 1:45.08 before going on to win the Women’s 100 Yard Freestyle, touching the wall in a time of 52.24.
She finished the Women’s 100 Yard Butterfly in second place, clocking a time of 57.88, before leading off the Northern Colorado’s Women’s 400 Yard Freestyle Race team that finished second overall by clocking 3:36.67.
