Ten Students Inducted Into Phi Theta Kappa
Bermuda College recently celebrated the induction of ten students into the Beta Chi Upsilon [BCU] chapter of Phi Theta Kappa.
A spokesperson said, “Anne Boykin-Smith, Anna Chan, Brianna Correia, Ania Gilbert, Chervonne Hodsoll, Victoria Lindsay, Naquaysha Matthews, Sofhia Pagsanjan, Nisha Smith, and Amori Venter, all maintained grade point averages of at least 3.5.”
“Phi Theta Kappa recognises the academic achievement of college students in two-year colleges, and provides opportunities for them to grow as scholars and leaders. It is the largest honour society in higher education with nearly thirteen hundred chapters on college campuses worldwide.
“Bermuda College became a member of Phi Theta Kappa earlier this year and inducted 15 students at the inaugural induction.
“The guest speaker at the evening ceremonies was BCU President, Kaitlyn Jeffrey.”
