In the opener the San Francisco Spiders edged the Lone Star Brahmas 6 – 5 on a shootout goal off the stick of Adrian Stromberg.

Allen Americans 3 Quad City Mallards 5
In the nightcap the Quad City Mallards defeated the Allen Americans 5 – 3.
