‘CHW Taking Steps To Protect Health & Safety’
Cox Hallett Wilkinson Limited [CHW] and its affiliates are “taking steps to protect the health, safety and well-being of our employees and clients.”
A spokesperson said, “In light of the uncertainty that we all face as individuals and as a business with the outbreak of COVID-19 [Coronavirus], Cox Hallett Wilkinson Limited and its affiliates, Coson Corporate Services Limited and State House Trust Company Limited, are closely monitoring guidelines issued by the Bermuda Government and Ministry of Health in Bermuda.
“CHW and its affiliates are taking steps to protect the health, safety and well-being of our employees and clients.
“As a result, until further notice:
- we have restricted all non-essential personal and business travel,
- access to the premises will be by invitation only, and
- all on-site and off-site meetings will be replaced by phone calls or video conference.
“We will strive to keep our offices open during normal business hours. Should we need to close the office early, we will inform our clients and service providers. Should the need arise, most of our staff will have the ability to work remotely ensuring, as much as possible, continued client service and support.
“We will continue to service clients in a timely manner and we believe that the preventative measures adopted will ensure that our clients will continue to be serviced in such a manner.
“Our number one priority is the health and safety of our employees and clients. We are following the COVID-19 situation on a day-to-day basis and any updates will be circulated via email and published on our website [www.chw.com].
“Should you have any questions regarding our own preparedness or if we can be of assistance in ensuring your ability to address these new challenges, please do not hesitate to contact your usual CHW contact for advice or email us at info@chw.com.”
