Somers Share Repurchases For March
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced recent share repurchases.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of March 2020, Somers purchased 300 of its own common shares at an average cost of $15.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at March 31, 2020 was 21,065,144 [net of 300 treasury shares].”
