Police Officers Charged With Sexual Assault
Two police officers have been charged with “serious sexual assault and perverting the course of justice” and have been suspended from duty.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service can confirm that two serving officers have been charged with serious sexual assault and perverting the course of justice.
“These officers have not been found guilty of any offence and these matters must be dealt with before the courts.
“Both officers have now been suspended from duty until further notice.”
