Series: “Critical Practices For Leading A Team”
The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a 6 week series on Critical Practices for Leading a Team to be held via Zoom each Thursday from February 18th to March 25th.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a 6 week series on Critical Practices for Leading a Team. Open to members and non members, the series will be held via Zoom between 9:00am to 10:30am, each Thursday from February 18th to March 25th.
“Presented by Mr. Richard James, FranklinCovey leadership consultant, this workshop series will provide all levels of leaders and opportunity to focus on both a mindset and skill set enhancing their leadership role.
“The 90 minute sessions will include topics such as holding regular 1-on-1s, effective delegation, creating a culture of feedback, leading your team through change and managing your time and energy as a leader.
“Attendees will explore the critical mindset shifts that will maximize their success as a leader of others, understand how to increase engagement of team members, deepen their understanding of employee issues and help them solve problems for themselves.”

Attendees are encouraged to register for the entire series, however registration for individual sessions is possible. Registration is $225 for Chamber members and $300 for non-members and can be purchased in advance from the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce.
