Armstrong Competes In Valley Polar Bear
Nathan Armstrong and his Pompton Lakes Men’s track and field teammates recently returned to action competing in the Valley Polar Bear Championships.
Armstrong finished second while competing in the men’s varsity 1600 meters, stopping the clock in a time of 4:29.91.
Armstrong then finished third while competing in the men’s varsity 3200 meters, clocking a time of 10:18.22.
