George Jones Elected As Bermuda Bar President

George Jones elected as President of the Bermuda Bar Association during the the Annual General Meeting of the Association.

A spokesperson said, “At the Annual General Meeting of the Association held today Friday 9 July 2021 provided for by section 5[1] of the Bermuda Bar Act 1974, the membership elected as Bar Council and Officers of the Association for the ensuing year as follows:

Officers:

• President, George N.H Jones
• Vice President, Jerome Wilson
• Honorary Secretary, Helen Cooper

Members:

• Kehinde George
• Keith Robinson
• Mark Pettingill
• Susan A. Moore-Williams
• The Attorney-General [ex-officio]
