Bermudian cricketers Delray Rawlins, Marcus Scotland, Dennico Hollis, and Chare Smith were in action for their respective teams in the UK.
Delray Rawlins
Delray Rawlins and his Sussex Sharks teammates are through to the Vitality Blast Quarter-Finals after a four-wicket win over Kent Spitfires at Canterbury.
The Sharks closed on 134 for six, Rawlins’ 33 steering them into the last eight with 2.5 overs to spare.
The Kent Spitfires scored 130/7, Rawlins was not required to bowl. Rawlins’ runs came off 19 balls he hit 3 fours and 1 six.
Marcus Scotland
Marcus Scotland turned out for the Northamptonshire Cricket Board Under 18 team that defeated the Oxfordshire Cricket Board Under 18 by 123 runs.
Batting first Northamptonshire scored 236/9 in their 50 overs, Scotland was the top scorer with 5 off 52 balls, he hit 9 fours.
In reply, Oxfordshire Cricket Board Under 18 were bowled out for 113, Scotland hung onto a catch.
Dennico Hollis
Dennico Hollis and his Stenhousemuir Cricket Club teammates defeated East Renfrewshire Cricket Club by 105 runs.
Batting first Stenhousemuir Cricket Club scored 211, Hollis scored 10 runs.
In reply East Renfrewshire Cricket Club was bowled out for 106, Hollis bowled 1.5-0-13-0. Hollis suffered a groin injury that ruled him out of bowling any longer.
Chare Smith
Chare Smith and Frenchay Cricket Club teammates went down by 4 wickets to Pak Bristolians Cricket Club.
Frenchay Cricket Club batted first and were restricted to 203/5 in 45 overs, Smith did not bat.
