Govt Offers Remote Learning Support Service
The Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation is offering a ‘Remote Learning Support Service’ for ”frontline workers who are in need of remote learning support services for their child.”
The Government posted the graphic online below, and said, “Front line workers we are here to support you and your family! The Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation is offering a Remote Learning Support Service for parent/guardians that can not work from home and have no other option. Operating hours Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm at any of our 3 Community Centres. Online Registration prescreening and approval required!!! The online form states, “The Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation (DYSR) is offering a service for frontline workers who are in need of remote learning support services for their child (children). Operating hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 6:00pm children aged 5 – 12 years old. Frontline Workers who are parents or guardians and who are in need of the DYSR’s service should apply by completing this online form. Pre-screening and approval is mandatory. No walk-ins or drop-offs.”
