Harveys Help Penn State Win Season Opener
Emma and Jack Harvey and their Penn State men’s & women’s swimming and diving teammates defeated Navy in their first meet of the 2021-2022 season.
The men’s team recorded a 181-119 win, while the women earned a 209-91 win. Competing in the men’s 200 yard backstroke, Jack Harvey finished in third with a time of 1:52.46.
The Penn State women’s 200 medley relay team of Marie Schobel, Maddie Cooke, Emma Harvey, and Cat Stanford clocked a winning time of 1:40.16. Emma Harvey also finished third in the women’s 100 yard backstroke touching the wall in a time of 55.75.
