BF&M Donates $75K To College Foundation
BF&M made a $75,000 donation to Bermuda College Foundation to help to support its ongoing mandate to provide alternative sources of funding to Bermuda College.
“BF&M has expanded its pillars of giving, which to date have been Our Heritage and Future, Wellness, and now include Youth and Education,” said Abigail Clifford, President, COO, and CEO Designate of BF&M Limited.
“BFM’s donation to support the Bermuda College Foundation’s capital campaign aligns with our aspiration to build stronger communities. As a company with a century-old legacy, our goal is to impact the communities we serve in a long-lasting way. Supporting education is one way we have chosen to execute our vision.”
Bermuda College Foundation Deputy Chairman, Garry Madeiros, said: “The Foundation Board is extremely grateful for this commitment from BF&M, which will help the Foundation to fulfill its overall vision towards a fully-funded, state-of-the-art Bermuda College. It is rewarding to have this legacy organization underscore the importance Bermuda College is to our educational system, to our students, both young and old, and to our society in general in Bermuda.
