Cycling: Conyers & Hopkins Compete Overseas
Bermudian cyclists Caitlin Conyers and Kaden Hopkins recently competed overseas.

Caitlin Conyers competed in the 2022 VOS – Safeco Ins Parrish Agency Road Race, which is part of the Valley of the Sun Stage Race.
Competing in the Women Pro-1-2 Division, Conyers crossed the line 4th clocking a time of 2:51.58, with riders 2 – 5 all recording the same time, 6 minutes and 23 seconds behind the winner Florence Chardon who clocked 2:45.35.
Kaden Hopkins
Kaden Hopkins and his Essax teammates competed on day two of the XXII edition of the Manuel Sanroma Valencia Memorial in Spain.
Unfortunately after his good start, Hopkins had an issue with his bike which prevented him from concluding the race.
Hopkins said, “I was disappointed of course but I understand that sometimes things are beyond your control and you have to accept that.”
