Fundraising Events For TCS In November
Transitional Community Services [TCS] will be having their first fundraising events, with a Denim Day on November 9th and Tag Day on November 12th.
A spokesperson said, “TCS is registered charity #1020, whose purpose is to provide individualized support services to young adult men aged 18-34 years. November marks an important month for men, as this is the month that recognizes “Movember” and International Day of the Man on November 19th, so the timing for fundraising is fitting.
“Services at TCS often include, support on how to get a job and keep a job, case management, counselling, or advocacy. Their Community Bridge Builders Program aims to offer support, teach new skills, and empower young men to live successful lives, as an actively connected part of the community. TCS is encouraging the community to donate time or participate in their Denim Day on November 9th or Tag Day on November 12th.
