Scott Barnes Wins Class At KartWeek In Florida
Scott Barnes continued competing in the Daytona Kart Week racing in Florida.
The day was full of drama, with a crash and a fire that halted racing for a while. When racing did resume, Barnes competed in two classes and finished on the podium twice on the day.
The Bermudian driver placed second in the Stock Honda F1 Class; he clocked a 14-lap time of 31:46.384, with the class winner Coy Dayton clocking a winning time of 31:46.342.
In the KZ 125 Sprint Shifter F1 Class, Barnes finished on top of the podium with 8-lap winning time of 20:15.967.
