Wakefield Quin Donates To HOME Bermuda

December 2, 2022

To celebrate Thanksgiving and the upcoming holiday season, Wakefield Quin [WQ] staff said they “were delighted to engage with HOME Bermuda and learn more about their commitment to solving homelessness in Bermuda.”

Managing Director Nicholas Hoskins noted, “Following a monetary donation by WQ directors, our firm departments competed with each other, in the spirit of giving. WQ’s Property and Litigation departments proudly defeated Corporate, Funds, and Trusts in contributing the most groceries, homeware, and Christmas treats to support HOME’s program participants. WQ is passionate in our commitment to all parts of our Bermuda community. We applaud the efforts of HOME in tackling a very difficult issue in our society.”

Denise N. Carey commented, “We are very grateful to WQ for their donations, and are certain our program participants will appreciate extra comforts during the upcoming Christmas and winter season. We have a lot of work to do, but are so pleased to have engagement from many firms and groups in the Bermuda corporate sector. We welcome the opportunity to connect through December and into the new year, to share the stories of our program participants, and to discuss ways to get involved with HOME’s objective of ending homelessness”.
