Bermuda Day Garbage Collection Advisory
The Ministry of Public Works is advising the public that due to the Bermuda Day holiday on Friday [May 26], garbage due to be collected on Friday will instead be collected on Saturday [May 27].
A Government spokesperson said, “The Tynes Bay Public Drop-Off will be open from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. and is a free waste disposal service available to the drivers of private cars and LP vehicles.
“The drop-off accepts all household waste, small metal waste, wooden items, recyclables, waste paint, used motor oil, and batteries.
