IGI Announces Common Share Dividend
International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. [IGI] announced that its Board of Directors has declared an ordinary common share dividend of $0.01 per share for the period January 1, 2023 – March 31, 2023.
A spokesperson said, “The dividend is payable on June 16, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2023.”
