City Hall car park became an epicenter of revelry as the ‘Jam’ J’Ouvert celebration kicked off early this morning [June 19], with the event, which commenced at 3:00 am and continued until 9:00 am, seeing an exuberant crowd of revelers immersed in the energetic atmosphere of Carnival in Bermuda.
