Lambe To Defend Title In Texas Next Month

Andre Lambe is set to defend his American Boxing Organisation [ABO] welterweight title against a yet-to-be-determined opponent at the Cleveland Civic Centre in Cleveland, Texas, on August 26.
The 27-year-old won the vacant ABO welterweight regional title after defeating American Cristiano Luciano at The Shed in Dockyard on points in January.
Lambe, who also holds the American Boxing Federation regional welterweight crown, beat Filipino Ronniel Tabayag at The Shed via a third-round stoppage in May.
