Nine Bermuda Golfers Competing In World Am
Nine Bermuda golfers have started to compete in the World Amateur Tournament in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA.
Playing in the women’s gross division Tracy Burgess is T6th after her round of 80, Ann Symonds finds herself T9th after her first round 85 in the women’s senior 60+ division, while Melinda Frith is T28th in the same division.
Playing in the super senior men’s 70-79 division Vincent Frith is T22nd with a first-round total of 95, while Richard Marriott is T12th after his first-round 82 in the senior men’s 50-59 division.
In the senior women’s 60 & above division, Ann Mitchell is T26th after a round of 84, while John Park is T35th after a round of 83 in the senior men’s 50-59 Division. Anthony Than is 47th in the same division after his round of 87, and Gary Venning competing in the mid senior men’s 60-69 division is T32nd after his round of 84.
