A spokesperson said, “In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Argus Group Holdings Limited announced that it will hold its 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders on Friday, 29 December, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Meeting materials including further details about the meeting will be disseminated to shareholders of the Company on or about 11 December, 2023.
