Collision Involving Bus & Car In Southampton
A collision involving a car and bus occurred at around 12:15 a.m. on Sunday [Jan 28] in Southampton, with the police confirming that there were no reported injuries.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, January 28, 2024, police were dispatched to a road traffic collision involving a motorcar and a Department of Public Transportation bus.
“Reports are the bus was traveling east on Middle Road near the junction with Jennings Bay Road, Southampton, when a motorcar traveling in the opposite direction, swerved into the eastbound lane and collided with the bus.
“There were no reported injuries. An investigation into this matter is now underway and anyone with information is asked to call Police Constable Daischon Chin on 295-0011 or via email at dchin@bps.bm.”
