Joint Lenten Services For 2024 Announced
The Warwick Ministerial Alliance announced its annual joint Lenten services, featuring a theme of “On the Road to Calvary – The Passion of Christ Rebuilding Community.”
A spokesperson said, “The Warwick Ministerial Alliance was created with a strong belief that we are all one in Christ and to enable the various denominations within Warwick/Paget to support each other in sharing God’s good news. As part of demonstrating that belief, the Alliance shares Lenten services each year. Services are held on Tuesday evenings and move between congregations, who then host a guest preacher from another Alliance church.
“The theme of the joint Lenten services for 2024 is “On the Road to Calvary – The Passion of Christ Rebuilding Community”. The one-hour service begins at 7:30pm and is followed by light refreshments where members of the various congregations and communities can fellowship together.”
