Reggae Defenders To Host “Wadada” On Friday
The reggae community is set to come together for a night celebrating the music and legacy of the iconic reggae musician, Burning Spear. The event, titled “Wadada,” is being presented by Reggae Defenders and will take place on Friday, 1st of March, from 8 PM to 2 AM.
Hosted at Uplift on Front Street, the night will feature music by Prophecy Sound INT and Black Lion International, and live performances by Rivah and Arijahknow Livewires & Friends.
Admission to the event is priced at $30, with tickets available from Uplift locations and Reggae Defenders. In addition to a night of music and celebration, the event promises door prizes and giveaways, adding to the festive atmosphere.
