Bermuda Is Love unveiled the #Right2Learn Campaign, championing quality education as a fundamental human right in Bermuda.

A spokesperson said, “This March, Bermuda Is Love is launching the #Right2Learn Campaign to advocate for the right to quality education in Bermuda.

“The right to education is the fundamental principle that everyone has the right to quality education. Education is a basic human right that lays the foundation for individual empowerment, economic development, and societal progress. The right to education signifies the fact that access to education should be free for primary, secondary, and higher education.

“Education is more than just passing exams or getting degrees to fulfil requirements to get a job. Education is about understanding yourself and the world around you. Bermuda Is Love believes that everyone has the #Right2Learn; and that we all must value the intrinsic worth of education as well as the importance of lifelong learning. By doing so, we can foster a greater importance for education in our community and thus demand quality education and prosperity for all.

“The goals of the campaign are to raise awareness around the value and importance of quality education as a basic human right and mobilize support for initiatives that promote equitable access to quality education for all individuals regardless of their background or circumstances.

“Join us in advocating for the right to education and creating a Bermuda where every person has the opportunity, through quality education and lifelong learning, to fulfil their potential.”
