Khano Smith’s Rhode Island FC remain unbeaten after drawing 2-2 away to Monterey Bay in the USL Championship.
Smith’s side held the lead twice but had to settle for a share of the spoils.
Rhode Island drew their opening game of the season 1-1 at home to Mexico United on March 16.
It was the first game in the franchise’s history.
Smith, a former Bermuda and New England Revolution winger, was appointed coach and general manager of Rhode Island in March last year.
