Basden Competes In CIAA Track Championships
Brijette Basden represented Shaw University at the CIAA outdoor track and field championships.
She finished 23rd in the women’s 100m preliminaries clocking a time of 12.72, and also finished 28th in the women’s 200m preliminaries with a time of 26.65.
Basden ran the third leg for the Shaw University women’s 4x100m relay team which finished 8th clocking a time of 48.46 and she also competed in the women’s high jump finishing 12th with a top leap of 1.50m.
