The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited notified the Bermuda Stock Exchange that it repurchased and canceled 438,390 common shares at an average price of $31.87 each in April 2024.
The filing said, “The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited informs the Bermuda Stock Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 6.44of the Bermuda Stock Exchange Listing Regulations, the company repurchased for cancellation 438,390 common shares at an average price of $31.87 per share in April 2024.”
