Famous Wins ULM Classic Women’s High Jump
Sakari Famous and her McNeese track and field teammates closed out the regular-season portion of its schedule, with most of the team competing at the ULM Warhawk Classic.
At ULM, McNeese posted eight first-place finishes with six of those coming from the women. In addition, eight personal records were broken while six season-best marks were set.
Famous won the women’s high jump after clearing 5 feet 9.25 inches or 1.75m.
