Tanner Correia Recognised As Top Racer
Tanner Correia has been recognised by the Bermuda Karting Association [BKA] after winning the Junior Cadet class and the Junior Highest Points trophy after an impressive Rubis National Championships season.
Correia, who also shared the 9 Lives Good Sportsmanship Award with Hildegard Thomas, was presented with his trophies at the recent BKA awards ceremony at Café Lido at Elbow Beach.
He finished the Junior Cadet class with 1,010 points, with Syah Pedro second with 867 points, Sadie Hocking third with 676 points, Ethan Wheatly fourth with 670 points, Jemima Bonard fifth with 553 points, and Alondo Albouy sixth with 310 points.
“These young racers have shown incredible skill and determination on the track, and we are excited to see what the future holds for each of these young drivers. Let’s celebrate their success and support their passion for karting!” the BKA wrote on Facebook.
