The program’s hands-on approach ensures that interns are not only learning but also contributing meaningfully to the organization.”
Returning intern Andreaz Glasgow shared his experience, “This is my second year with Bacardi in Bermuda. Returning for another year, I was initially concerned about repeating the same tasks. However, I can confidently say that I have continued to grow during my time here. Bacardi has exposed me to various facets of the organization, challenging me and empowering me to feel like a true Primo. Although demanding, I highly recommend this internship for those seeking challenges and growth. If you are adaptable and can add value, this is the place for you.”
The spokesperson said, “Bacardi is committed to fostering the professional development of young Bermudians and the company continues to offer a dynamic environment where interns can gain practical experience and build a foundation for their future careers. As the interns wrap up their summer with Bacardi, they leave with not only new skills but also a sense of accomplishment and a deeper connection to Bermuda’s business community.”
