Fourie & Brewer Compete In Caribbean Squash
Six countries, including Bermuda, are vying for titles at the Caribbean Area Squash Association Senior Championships, currently underway at the Georgetown Club and the National Racquet Center in Guyana.
In the men’s open consolation round, Bermuda’s Brendon Fourie fell to Leonel Sorrillo of Trinidad and Tobago in a hard-fought match, 6-11, 11-7, 11-3, 11-1.
On the women’s side, Abigail Brewer, also representing Bermuda, was defeated by Michaela Rensburg of the British Virgin Islands 11-4, 11-8 in the consolation round.
